The service
EquipRecon compares equipment-rental invoices with the agreements and records you provide and reports differences. Findings depend on the documents supplied and are not legal or accounting advice.
Your decisions
You decide whether to dispute a charge. EquipRecon does not contact vendors on your behalf.
Free audit and pilot
The free audit covers up to 25 invoices or 100 pages. Pilot pricing and terms will be confirmed in writing before any charge.
Data retention
Free audit: documents are deleted 30 days after the audit is delivered. Paid workspaces: documents are kept for the workspace retention period, 90 days by default, and deleted within 14 days of a deletion request. Backups expire within 30 days after that.
Liability
Limitation of liability and governing law will be set out here after legal review.
